What if my garment does not fit?

Please get in contact with us within 15 days of you receiving your order and tell us the issue.

If your garment does not fit Unique ID will do the alterations for you free of charge. We will need the following details from you to understand how we can try and rectify it. Describe your issue as accurately as possible. You will also be asked to send pictures of the garment on you from the front, side and back profile so we can decide how to best deal with your issue.

 We have two options here for you to pick from:


1. We will ask you to book an appointment with our team to come down to our London studio to offer you an alteration service whilst you wait, please allow 2-3 hours for any alterations. Alterations are only done between working hours Mon- Saturday 9-5.30pm.


2. If we live too far for you to visit us, we will offer you a 20% refund amount of your purchase. This should cover your tailoring cost to take it to your local seamstress to make the relevant changes.


We strongly recommend option 1, because to get the best fit possible it is better that you can verbally discuss this with a tailor for your own satisfaction as this is the best way to get the perfect fitting as they have you and the garment there at the same time. It is also the fastest option


What if my garment cannot be adjusted?

After seeking the alteration route and finding that our tailor cannot adjust your garment to your satisfaction Unique ID tailoring team will produce a new garment for you from scratch. We will advise you of this and ask you to place another order online with our remake code as this will be a free service.

Due to our strategy that customers can send in their OWN fabric, we will always take extra care in looking after it. In the case that there could be an error in the garment, consequently leaving us with limited fabric to remake your design we will discuss further options in choosing alternative fabric for our library to show our sincere apology.
