  • What are your business hours?

    As we are primarily an online business we are open all hours for orders to be received. If you have contacted us our responding time is Monday to Friday between 9am to 5.30pm

  • Where is your main office?

    We are currently located in South East London. If you have contacted us for a face-to-face appointment we will send you our address. Fittings will also take place in South East London

    Can I book a face-to-face appointment to place my order instead of online?

    Yes,  if you want a face-to-face appointment instead of placing your order online, then we have appointment slots available on Saturday mornings only. We understand that some people may still like the original method of face-to-face appointments so we don't want to disregard this method entirely.  To book an appointment please contact us and we will schedule the next available appointment date for you.

  • What do I do if my outfit does not fit?

    We are extremely sorry to hear that your outfit does not fit. In this circumstance, we would like for you to get in contact with us within 15 days of your order and we will discuss the next procedures for you to take.

  • Can I make a group booking

    Yes, you can. If you would like to come in with your group then we recommend contacting us and we will book you an appointment slot. We currently only offer appointments on Saturdays so we will offer you the next available slot. Get in touch by telling us your group number and we look forward to seeing you all soon.

  • What is your return policy?

    As all products from the Unique ID range are bespoke made to each individual size we don't offer returns or exchanges on any items. This is because we can not resale an item once it has been made as there is no commercial value.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Unfortunately, we don't offer returns. If your product does not fit to your satisfaction then we can offer a cost transfer to another item of your choosing. We will first want to understand the reason why you would like to refund the item and then try and offer alterations beforehand to perfect the item. Please get in touch if you are unsatisfied with your product.

  • What is your lead time for my custom order?

    We will strive to deliver all bespoke orders in a 15-20 day time frame from the day we receive your fabric. In the unlikelihood that the lead time will exceed past the 20 days for reasons of busy periods, we will inform the customer at the earliest convenience. 

  • How do I know I'm picking the correct fabric for my design?

    We specialise in African printed fabrics which are normally 100% cotton. This quality is usually the easiest fabric to work with. If sourcing for other fabrics and you are unsure what quality is best for your design, please visit our Fabric help page and it will give you more advice on what to get. 

  • Can I modify my order?

    You can only modify your order only up until we receive your fabric in our HQ. If you have decided to choose our range of readily available fabric stock then once the order has been placed you can no longer amend it. If you were to change details then please email us at your earliest convenience with your order number so we can modify your design and give you a new quote if changed. Once we receive your fabric, unfortunately, you will not be able to amend it any longer as your fabric is being prepared for the next stages of making. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive it.
